How do I sign up or log in?
Open the app and, on the login page, register with your email and a password, or sign in instantly with your Google or Facebook account.
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, tap "Forgot password", enter your registered email, and we will send you a reset email — follow the prompts to set a new password. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or email us.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the "My" page, choose "Delete Account" in account settings, and confirm. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. You may also email us to request deletion.
How do I report or block a user?
Open any prayer request, tap the "⋯" menu in the top-right corner, and choose "Report" or "Block". We review and act on inappropriate content promptly.
I am not receiving push notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled under Settings → Notifications → iPray on your device, and that reminders are turned on inside the app. iPhone users should also check that system notifications are not disabled or muted by Do Not Disturb.
