Reflection

A.W. Tozer said, "The man who would know God must give time to Him." There is no shortcut to knowing God; like any close relationship, it takes time spent together. Yet many times I spend time reading the Bible and praying and find little spiritual renewal, because my heart is still occupied by other things. God wants not only our time but an undivided heart; without turning away from the idols in my heart, my spirit cannot find true intimacy. May I give Him both my time and my heart each day, letting Him be my sole center.
