Account Deletion Guide

You may request deletion of your iPray.Love account and data using either method below. Deletion will be completed within 7 business days.
📱 Option 1: Delete In-App
- Open the iPray.Love app and log in
- Tap your avatar in the top-right corner to open the menu
- Select ⚙️ Account Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account
- Enter your password to confirm — your account will enter the deletion process immediately
✉️ Option 2: Request by Email (no login required)
If you cannot log in or prefer to request by email, write to:
Please include your registered email address. We will process your request and send a confirmation within 7 business days.
🗑️ Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account information (username, email, password)
- Profile data (avatar, bio, country, years of faith)
- Private prayer list and journal entries
- Push notification subscriptions
- Friend connections and prayer interaction history
📋 Data That May Be Retained
- Prayers you previously posted publicly will be anonymized (your account link removed) rather than deleted, to preserve the prayer history for others who interceded.
- Donation or transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with legal requirements.
